Tropico 5 – PS4

Tropico 5 game description

A new challenge awaits you to build a small empire on this version of Tropico 5. The beauty about this game is you can be whomever you choose to be. A pleasant ruler of a tourist location in the Caribbean, an infamous dictator wills an overpowering military, or just a simple, laid back island life kind of president. Start from scratch and build your way up to the kingdom of your choice. Hey, it’s free. Why not give it a shot.

Table Top Racing: World Tour – PS4

Table Top Racing: World Tour game description

I like to think the developer of this game was watching his kid play with toy race cars in the living room and said, “Hey! Let’s bring this kids imagination to life inside a video game.” And that is pretty much what they did. Race around tracks designed to represent real life. Honestly, it’s like being a kid again. And since most of have lost our imagination, this is like taking a walk down memory lane.

Switch Galaxy Ultra – PS4, PS Vita

Simple yet incredibly challenging seems to be the games which are most intriguing. Race your way through this game and put the reaction time to the test. Seriously, if you can react to this, you have the hand-eye coordination of a professional.

LocoRoco Cocoreccho! – PS3

LocoRoco Cocoreccho! game description

It’s like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory meets Angry Birds. Take a trip through this maze without getting smashed or splashed. Your objective is to use strategy to guide the LocoRoco to safety.

Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 – PS3

New weapons, new upgrades and new levels. The Bionic Commando is a fierce solider in a 2D gameplay style. If you are into these old school, arcade style games than is definitely for you. Give it a try today while it’s free.

God of War: Ghost of Sparta – PS Vita

God of War: Ghost of Sparta game description

A warrior is still haunted by his past and must make decision of who his friendly truly are. With so many people whispering in his ear, there are only two paths to take. He can follow down the predicted road spoken by his closes family and friends or he can see through the darkness and forge his own path.

Conclusion

People have been rather vocal about their slight disappointment with thew quality of games that come out on the PSN Plus, and I’ll be honest with you, in many ways I also agreed. Don’t get me wrong, I love than PlayStation supports indie developers always making sure their game reach audiences, but, you have to accept that compared to past free games with gold for the Xbox… the PSN games just seem lucky.

I still think getting a PSN+ subscription is one of the best decisions you can make as a PS owner, after all, you do get a lot of titles and cool percs, here, I actually wrote an article showing you all the advantaged you get when buying a PSN Plus Subscription.

Anyhow, hope you enjoy these free games for May 2016. Let us know what you thought of them in the comment section below!

I couldn’t agree more with that. To this day, Spyro the dragon is one of those games that truly marked my childhood… I would also include Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee, Mario Kart & Pokemon lol good times, good times!
